Региональный омбудсмен Алена Лопатина и помощник начальника УФСИН России по Курганской области Евгений Поляков посетили осужденную в перинатальном центре.
Посещение организовано в рамках деятельности по соблюдению прав человека в уголовно-исполнительной системе.
Осужденная Ч. госпитализирована в Курганский областной перинатальный центр из следственного изолятора № 2 с целью оказания ей квалифицированной медицинской помощи и организации длительного наблюдения медперсонала.
Алена Лопатина и Евгений Поляков провели для беременной женщины юридическую консультацию по вопросам отбывания наказания после рождения ребенка в специализированном исправительном учреждении для матерей с детьми до 4 лет. Региональный омбудсмен также рассказала осужденной о возможности получения отсрочки от отбывания наказания в виде лишения свободы.
По результатам посещения проведена рабочая встреча, в ходе которой аппаратом Уполномоченного по правам человека и представителями УФСИН запланированы мероприятия по оказанию юридической и социальной помощи осужденной. Кроме того, стороны обсудили алгоритмы взаимодействия в случае поступления беременных женщин в учреждения уголовно-исполнительной системы Зауралья.
