Уполномоченный по правам человека Алена Лопатина посетила ИК-2 УФСИН России по Курганской области.
Совместно с прокурором по надзору за соблюдением законов в исправительных учреждениях Курганской области Александром Битковым и помощником начальника УФСИН по соблюдению прав человека в уголовно-исполнительной системе Евгением Поляковым проведен личный прием осужденных.
Поступили вопросы оформления гражданства Российской Федерации, установления отцовства, порядка отбывания наказания. Один из осужденных обратился с вопросом о замене уголовного наказания в виде лишения свободы на принудительные работы или о возможности условно-досрочного освобождения.
Кроме того в ходе встречи с начальником учреждения Сергеем Денисовым обсужден порядок взаимодействия с государственными структурами и правоохранительными ведомствами при реализации прав осужденных на гражданство и установление социальных связей.
